Ihre beiden Jobs in Teilzeit passen sich nun ihrem Leben an, nicht umgekehrt. Wir fanden das sehr spannend und haben Jana selbst erz\u00e4hlen lassen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:25px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading is-style-default\"><strong>WER ICH BIN: IN WENIGEN WORTEN<\/strong> <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Mein Name ist Jana Weis und ich arbeite seit rund drei Jahren bei HR factory. Davor war ich bereits bei verschiedenen Unternehmen im Personalbereich t\u00e4tig, unter anderem als HR Business Partnerin, im Recruiting und im L&amp;D. Au\u00dferdem habe ich eine Ausbildung zum systemischen Coach sowie zum Business Coach.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:25px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading is-style-default\"><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong>WIE ALLES BEGANN: WARUM BIN ICH BEI HR FACTORY?<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Als ich 2019 auf der Suche nach einem neuen Job war, hatte ich sehr genaue Vorstellungen von meinem zuk\u00fcnftigen Job:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>eine Anstellung in Teilzeit im HR<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>eine anspruchsvolle und interessante T\u00e4tigkeit<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ein tolles Team<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>und allem voran ein Arbeitgeber, der es mir erm\u00f6glicht gleichzeitig meine Selbstst\u00e4ndigkeit als Karrierecoach und F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4ftetrainer auszubauen<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>HR factory<\/strong> war einer von wenigen &#8211; vielleicht sogar der einzige Arbeitgeber &#8211; der damals allen Anforderungen entsprach und meinen Teilzeitwunsch nicht nur tolerierte, sondern sofort <strong>vorbehaltslos und offen gegen\u00fcberstand<\/strong>. Daf\u00fcr bin ich sehr dankbar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:25px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading is-style-default\"><strong><strong>MEINE PROJEKTKARRIERE IN TEILZEIT BEI HR FACTORY: ES WIRD NIE LANGWEILIG <\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Aktuell berate ich als <strong>Senior HR Expert<\/strong> einen Kunden aus der Elektrobranche zum Thema <a href=\"https:\/\/hrfactory.com\/de\/germany\/services\/hr-consulting\/#branding\">Employer Branding<\/a>. Ziel ist es, dem Fachkr\u00e4ftemangel die Stirn zu bieten und offene Positionen schneller und erfolgreich zu besetzen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aber auch zuvor hatte ich tolle, abwechslungsreiche Projekte, z. B. im Consulting zu Recruiting-Themen, der Einf\u00fchrung von Bonus-Systemen oder im strategischen Hochschulmarketing. Insgesamt f\u00fchrten mich die letzten drei Jahre so in verschiedene Unternehmen aus der Medizinforschung, der Software- und Fintech-Branche und zu einem kommunalen Energieversorger. Dort habe ich u. A. Firmen auf Karrieremessen und in Bewerbungsgespr\u00e4chen vertreten, F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte in Interviewtechniken geschult und eine Teil-Moderation von gro\u00dfen Personalmarketing-Veranstaltungen mit \u00fcber 60 Teilnehmer:innen inklusive Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrung gehalten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es waren auf jeden Fall sehr spannende und abwechslungsreiche Jahre, in denen ich viel Erfahrung einbringen konnte und gleichzeitig viel lernen durfte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:75px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"background-color:#F5F5F5\" class=\"wp-block-ds-ds-container ds-block-container\"><div class=\"ds-container-inside\"><div class=\"ds-container-content\">\n<div style=\"height:75px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading is-style-default\"><strong><strong><strong><strong> <strong><strong><strong>PERFECT MATCH F\u00dcR DIE WORK-LIFE-BALANCE: TEILZEIT UND SELBSTST\u00c4NDIG<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong> <\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p> Momentan arbeite ich zwei volle Tage pro Woche f\u00fcr HR Factory, zwei weitere Tage widme ich meiner Selbst\u00e4ndigkeit als <a href=\"https:\/\/www.jana-weis-coaching.de\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Systemischer Personal &amp; Business Coach<\/a> und der Rest der Woche geh\u00f6rt mir (zumindest meistens \ud83d\ude09). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00fcr mich pers\u00f6nlich f\u00e4hrt das zu einer <strong>optimalen Work-Life-Balance<\/strong>: trotz spannender beruflicher T\u00e4tigkeit bleibt Zeit f\u00fcr Sport, Familie, Freunde, Haushalt usw. Sogar eine Weltreise, die 2019 aufgrund von Corona nicht m\u00f6glich war, steht weiterhin auf meinem Plan. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>HR factory war hier von Anfang an extrem flexibel und w\u00fcrde mir eine Art <strong>Workation\/Sabbatical auch von unterwegs<\/strong> aus anbieten. Danke an dieser Stelle f\u00fcr so viel Offenheit und Unterst\u00fctzung bei der individuellen Karriere- und Lebens(traum)planung! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:100px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading is-style-default\"><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong>PERS\u00d6NLICHE HERAUSFORDERUNGEN EINER ANSTELLUNG IN TEILZEIT: SELBSTORGANISATION IST ESSENZIELL<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong> <\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Trotz aller Vorteile: Manchmal ist es nicht immer leicht am Dienstagnachmittag \u201eden Stift fallen zu lassen\u201c und erst am n\u00e4chsten Montag wieder zur\u00fcck im (Home-)Office zu sein.
