Diese unterscheiden sich von Bewerbern, da sie&nbsp;<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">sich nicht selbst beworben haben<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">.&nbsp;<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Allein aus diesem Grund kann eine gleiche Behandlung nicht zielf\u00fchrend sein.<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">&nbsp;<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Bei der Einf\u00fchrung von Active Sourcing im Unternehmen entstand in der \u00dcbergangsphase oft der Irrglaube<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">, dass sich&nbsp;<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">aktiv angesprochene Kandidaten&nbsp;<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">trotzdem wie Bewerber verhalten und taten sie dies nicht, wurden sie als nicht&nbsp;<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">engagiert meisten interessierten Kandidaten g<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">ibt es eine&nbsp;<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">gewisse&nbsp;<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Unzufriedenheit im derzeitigen Arbeitsverh\u00e4ltnis<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">&nbsp;oder&nbsp;<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">bez\u00fcglich<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">&nbsp;der Rahmenbedingungen<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">.<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">&nbsp;Bei manchen ist es<strong> reine Neugierde,<\/strong> bei anderen ein <strong>gereifter Wunsch,<\/strong> das Unternehmen in der n\u00e4chsten Zeit zu verlassen.&nbsp;<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Dies zeigt bereits, dass&nbsp;<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">nicht jede<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">r<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">&nbsp;aktiv angesprochene Kandidat&nbsp;<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">ein<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">&nbsp;gleich<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">&nbsp;hohes<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">&nbsp;Interesse&nbsp;<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">ehrliche&nbsp;<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">gemeinsame Dialog \u00fcber die M\u00f6glichkeiten des Kandidaten binden diesen bereits.&nbsp;<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Wenn es uns gelingt, die Neugierde&nbsp;<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">in echtes Interesse zu verwandeln, haben wir einen<\/span><span
