Meie kliendid VEBS (Evangeelsete Konfessionaalsete Koolide \u00dchendus) ja K16 Saksamaal ning koost\u00f6\u00f6partner HR factory Eestis andsid meile eksklusiivset tagasisidet. Antud artiklis teemegi kokkuv\u00f5tte nendest leidudest.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>K\u00f5igepealt tundsime huvi, millised protsessid on k\u00f5ikides HR osakondades juba digitaliseeritud.&nbsp;<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Meie klient K16 kasutab d.vinci kandidaatide haldust. Doris Leue, kes t\u00f6\u00f6tab People&amp;Culture osakonnas, kirjeldas meile, et nad on praeguseks digitaliseerinud k\u00f5ik v\u00e4rbamisega seotud protsessid \u2013 kandidaadi CV laekumisest kuni kohtumiseni. Kogu meie t\u00f6\u00f6voo juhtimine on digitaliseeritud.\u201d&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Meil tekkis ka k\u00fcsimus: kui kaua v\u00f5tab HR protsesside digitaliseerimine aega?<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Arvatavasti t\u00f6\u00f6tavad paljud t\u00f6\u00f6tajad ikka veel paberitega, mis r\u00e4ndavad \u00fchelt laualt teisele, sest kardetakse muudatustega kaasnevat t\u00f6\u00f6mahu kasvu ning seda, et \u00fcleminekuprotsess \u00fchelt harjumuselt teisele v\u00f5tab kaua aega. Ka puhkusegraafikud ja dokumentide haldus v\u00f5iks tulevikus olla digitaalses keskkonnas.
