Peame tegema otsuseid selle \u00fcle, milliseid \u00fclesandeid t\u00e4idavad meie enda t\u00f6\u00f6tajad ning mida on m\u00f5istlik teha kellelgi teisel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>SA Kutsekoda on Eestis v\u00e4lja t\u00f6\u00f6tanud spetsiaalse T\u00f6\u00f6j\u00f5uvajaduse seire- ja prognoosis\u00fcsteemi OSKA. OSKA eesm\u00e4rk on t\u00f6\u00f6turul toimuvate muutuste ja \u00fchiskonna vajaduste v\u00f5imalikult kiire j\u00f5udmine koolituspakkumisse. OSKA raames on tehtud rohkelt anal\u00fc\u00fcse ning valminud on mitme valdkonnap\u00f5hised raportid, mis kirjeldavad suhteliselt t\u00f5en\u00e4olist tulevikku.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Anal\u00fc\u00fcs on tehtud sealhulgas personalit\u00f6\u00f6 kohta. Raporti kokkuv\u00f5ttes v\u00f5ib leida j\u00e4rgmise info muutuste kohta personalit\u00f6\u00f6 valdkonnas:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Vajalikud oskused personalit\u00f6\u00f6s:<ul><li>strateegilise personalijuhtimise ja planeerimisega seotud oskused ja teadmised,<\/li><li>\u00e4ri- ja finantsalased teadmised,<\/li><li>\u00e4rilise m\u00f5tlemise oskus,<\/li><li>karj\u00e4\u00e4riarendamise kompetentsid,<\/li><li>erinevate sihtr\u00fchmade spetsiifikast n\u00f5ustamisel,<\/li><li>kultuurilistest erinevustest ning paindlikest t\u00f6\u00f6vormidest<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>erialase infotehnoloogia areng toob kaasa lihtsamate t\u00f6\u00f6\u00fclesannete automatiseerimise.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Sarnast lugu r\u00e4\u00e4gib ka <a href=\"http:\/\/www3.weforum.org\/docs\/WEF_Future_of_Jobs_2018.pdf\">The Future of Jobs report 2018<\/a>, kus kirjeldatakse samuti tehnoloogia \u00fclikiiret arengut, automatiseerimisega kaasnevat \u00fclesannete trastiliselt muutust, osade rollide kadumist, teiste rollide \u00fchteliitmist ning t\u00e4iesti uute ametite tekkimist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Viimaste aastate jooksul on peronalit\u00f6\u00f6 roll oluliselt muutunud. Standardsete \u00fclesannete t\u00e4itmisest on saanud strateegiline roll, mis peab toetama oma tegevustega \u00e4ristrateegia elluviimist.
