Majanduss\u00f5nastik <a href=\"https:\/\/wirtschaftslexikon.gabler.de\/definition\/kreativitaet-40039#:~:text=bezeichnet%20i.d.R.%20die%20F%C3%A4higkeit%20eines%20Individuums%20oder%20einer%20Gruppe%2C%20in,)%20und%20press%20\">SpringerGabler<\/a> \u00fctleb: \u201cKreatiivsus t\u00e4hendab \u00fcldjuhul isiku v\u00f5i r\u00fchma omadust m\u00f5elda ja tegutseda fantaasiarikkalt ja loovalt.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Niisiiis, kui meil on m\u00f5ni t\u00fc\u00fcpiline HR valdkonna mure, n\u00e4iteks kui akadeemikud ei taha kolida t\u00fchermaale, kus \u00f5nnetuseks asub just \u00fcks vinge ettev\u00f5te ning peame v\u00e4lja tulema ideedega, kuidas me sellest hoolimata suudaksime t\u00e4ita vabad ametikohad, siis see on juba \u00fclimalt loominguline tegevus. Ja siia ongi koer maetud.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kui v\u00f5tame vaatluse alla HR valdkonna k\u00e4siraamatud, siis pakutakse seal ikka ja j\u00e4lle samu lahendusi olenemata ettev\u00f5tte t\u00fc\u00fcbist. P\u00e4ris maailm on paraku teistsugune \u2013 v\u00e4hemalt personalivaldkonnale. 50 t\u00f6\u00f6tajaga ettev\u00f5tted toimivad teisiti ning neil on hoopis teistsugused HR-alased vajadused kui 250 v\u00f5i 2500 t\u00f6\u00f6tajaga ettev\u00f5ttes. Ehitusettev\u00f5te toimib teisiti kui e-kaubandusega tegelev ettev\u00f5te. Lisaks: kellel pole julgust p\u00f5ruda, see ei julge ka uusi teid proovida. See t\u00e4hendab, et me peame olema julged. Me peame oma fantaasia ja leiutajavaimu \u00fcles \u00e4ratama ja \u00e4rkvel hoidma. Kuidas seda teha? Mina teen seda kord nii, kord naa&#8230; n\u00e4iteks:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Olen raamatukoi ja p\u00e4rin k\u00fcsimusi<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00f5nikord on abi uurimist\u00f6\u00f6st, nagu vanadel headel tudengiaegadel, leidmaks teid suurema loomingulisuseni: ma loen raamatuid, blogisid, ajakirju ja ajalehti, kopeerin erinevaid meetodeid ja m\u00f5tteid, siis j\u00e4tan j\u00e4lle k\u00f5ik k\u00f5rvale ja loon ise k\u00f5ik algusest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ma esitan endale ikka ja j\u00e4lle k\u00fcsimuse: kui ma k\u00f5ike seda, mida oma uurimist\u00f6\u00f6 k\u00e4igus \u00f5ppisin, probleemi lahendmiseks rakendada ei tohiks, mida ma siis teeksin? V\u00f5in \u00f6elda ainult \u00fcht: t\u00f5uske oma mugavast tugitoolist ning sukelduge v\u00f5rgustikku.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>L\u00e4henen teemadele m\u00e4nguliselt<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ma hakkan lihtsalt otsast pihta kritseldama, maalima, kirjutama. M\u00f5nikord kujuneb sellest \u00fcks terviklik pilt, justkui iseenesest.
