About HR factory

HR factory is an HR solutions company, which is offering flexible HR services to companies of various sizes and needs. In 2002 we have started our business in Germany. After 2 years we’ve expanded our company to Estonia and in 2016 – Lithuania. As a large international company, we have many experiences and success stories to draw from.

Our focus is on recruiting, active sourcing, HR administration and learning & development. In addition, we advise our clients in individual HR consulting projects.

The HR factory team consists of more than 70 experienced professionals, 14 of them work in Lithuania and all of them consider HR management to be their true calling. Our name indicates that we can carry out all tasks quickly and effectively while keeping our promises. At the same time, we are creative and flexible in our search for solutions, taking into account the particular needs of your company.
