Project career HR factory
Anne Scheidhauer's first year at HR factory: Variety as a driver of growth
A year at HR factory: characterized by a steep learning curve, a lot of responsibility and incredibly valuable insights. Today, after a year as a Senior HR Expert, I realize every day how much this time has helped me professionally and personally - and how much clearer, more structured and more confident I work as a result.
What I have learned along the way
A large part of my growth comes from the parallel support of very different clients in the HR Services team. Among other things, I support a modern, medium-sized company from the digital sector, but I also work with companies that have up to 2,000 employees and correspondingly complex structures, processes and stakeholders. We also have international customers that we support in English. It is precisely this mix that has helped me to switch gears quickly, set priorities clearly and maintain an overview even during intensive phases.
I have become much more stress-resistant as a result - and at the same time more flexible in my communication, depending on whether I am working with a start-up environment or a larger, more international company.
What I particularly appreciate
The diversity is not only noticeable in the size of the company, but also in the sectors. From the world of musicals and theater to medicine, IT and the hotel industry - each sector has its own language, its own challenges and its own pace. This breadth has sharpened my understanding of how differently HR issues work in practice and how important it is to develop solutions that really fit rather than "one size fits all".
What makes HR factory special for me
Clearly, the team! The collaboration is professional, fast and at the same time very human. I am really encouraged and challenged here - with trust, honest feedback and the space to take on responsibility.
The type of leadership is also particularly valuable to me: my manager gives me freedom, trusts me and at the same time has my back. I know that she is there when I need support - and it is precisely this interaction that creates an environment in which development is not only possible, but happens every day.
For me, the HR factory is a place where you grow - because you experience diversity, are given responsibility and are not left alone.
