You can only do your best work when you feel well. That is why a healthy work-life balance matters to us.
This includes the option to work from home on selected days, flexitime that lets you choose when to start and finish, and 30+2 days of annual leave to recharge.
Project work can also give you the opportunity to adjust your weekly hours or working days when you move to a new assignment, depending on your needs. There is no obligation to do so.

A DIVERSE CLIENT PORTFOLIO.
We support HR departments across Germany, working with organisations ranging from start-ups and scale-ups to mid-sized businesses and major corporations.
What do all our clients have in common? They need hands-on HR support. We work across industries including pharmaceuticals, insurance, energy, automotive, finance, IT and publishing.
What does that mean for you as a potential member of the HR factory team? Plenty of variety and first-hand insight into organisations of different sizes and industries, while you support their HR teams from within.
Our goal: Happy employees, happy clients and a better world of work for everyone.
02
Your choice
OUR HR FUNCTIONS AND DISCIPLINES.
Our project-based career model gives you the opportunity to take on in-house HR roles with clients. You can build broad experience across different HR disciplines or specialise in the topics you care about most. The choice is yours.
Assignments range from employee support and HR administration to recruitment and generalist HR roles. We don’t just provide advice - we roll up our sleeves and contribute to day-to-day operations.
03
Your career
YOUR PROJECT-BASED CAREER.
Here is one possible path: you begin with a nine-month HR administration assignment at a publishing company. You then spend six months in recruitment with an international pharmaceutical business. The following year, you apply your growing expertise as an HR Generalist for an insurance client. When a tech start-up then urgently needs support with employee services and HR administration, you are ready for the next challenge.
You help shape your project-based career with us: build a broad generalist profile or specialise in an area such as recruitment while getting to know different organisations and target groups. We make those decisions together.
