Who is responsible for data processing? +
You remain the controller of your employees’ payroll data. For outsourced service, we conclude a data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR before the first payroll run – covering purpose limitation, access rights, sub-processors, deletion periods and technical measures. When permanently employed HR Experts work directly in your team or a self-employed interim manager takes on a mandate, data is processed in your systems and within the agreed framework; confidentiality is contractually agreed. Access is limited to people who actually handle your payroll.
