Further Education & Development
At HR factory, you can do a large part of your personal development “on the job”. Thanks to our varied projects, you are constantly challenged to deal with new HR topics, get involved with new people or familiarize yourself with new HR IT systems.
Irrespective of this, at HR factory you have the opportunity to work out a training budget that you can use for your own individual development needs – regardless of the training institute. In addition, we regularly offer internal training series held by our colleagues on various topics.
Work-Life-Balance
You can only do a good job if you are well. We therefore make every effort to ensure a good work-life balance.
For us, this includes the opportunity to work from home on a daily basis, to use a flexitime model to decide for yourself when you start in the morning and when you finish work and, of course, sufficient (30 +2) vacation days to regenerate.
Another advantage of project work is that you theoretically have the opportunity to realign your weekly hours or working days according to your needs with every project change – but of course this is not a must.

Our project career offer gives you the opportunity to take on in-house HR roles with clients. On the one hand, you can work in various HR disciplines, giving you a broad and multi-faceted perspective, or you can specialize in your core HR topics. You descide!
The fields of activity range from personnel support & HR administration to all tasks in the field of recruiting and generalist HR positions. We don’t just provide advice, we also roll up our sleeves and get involved in day-to-day business.

YOUR CAREER
YOUR POSSIBLE PROJECT CAREER.
This is how it could work: We have generated a first project in generalist HR work together with you. You will start with one of our clients in the publishing industry for 9 months. Immediately afterwards, you will work in recruiting for 6 months and get to know an international pharmaceutical company. For the next year, you will spend more time in Learning & Development with one of our clients in the insurance sector. Would you then like a short-term project in a tech start-up in HR support & administration? Let’s go!
After all, you help determine your project career with us: do you want to take a generalist approach to HR or do you want to specialize in recruiting, for example, and get to know different companies and target groups? You decide with us!

What can a project career at HR factory look like in concrete terms?
A few years ago, Jana said goodbye to the traditional 40-hour week in a permanent position. Her two part-time jobs now fit in with her life, not the other way around. With two days a week at HR factory and the remaining days as a freelancer, she has found her ideal work-life balance.
Since I started in HR consulting in IT recruiting and then as an HR expert at HR factory, I have already worked for six different companies. It would take a while to list all the tasks I have taken on in recent years.
I joined HR factory shortly after completing my Bachelor’s degree in 2019. I used to be asked a lot how I got into HR with a degree in social work. Well, I have to admit, it was actually by chance.
I had my first contact with HR in 2020, when I provided operational support to the HR Business Partners as a working student in a corporate group. I really enjoyed that, so it quickly became clear that this is where I see my professional future in HR.
