Aviation

Initial situation: As a result of a major project, our customer had to manage a massive ramp-up with approximately 800 positions within a very short time. The recruiting department could not manage this on its own with the given resources.

Our support: Our HR Experts Recruiting took over the end-to-end recruiting including applicant management in the qualification areas Engineering – development positions, White Colar – commercial positions and Blue Colar – technical, industrial positions. Our holistic approach included close cooperation with the hiring managers of the specialist departments, the design of a successful candidate journey, as well as co-design in the area of employer branding.

Result: In the course of the 2.5-year collaboration, a total of 7 of our HR Experts worked for this customer. Together with the customer, we were able to fill the positions on time and slim down the recruiting process. In addition, we succeeded in building a strong employer brand in order to attract the right candidates in the “war for talents”.

Laboratory and medical technology

Initial situation: The responsibility for all personnel matters in the company is held by a single person at our customer. Bringing in an external payroll provider resulted in considerable additional work, as preparatory payroll accounting now also had to be taken over. In addition, payrolls were often incorrect due to a lack of internal processes and expertise. Furthermore, there was no contact person for questions regarding payroll accounting.

Our support: By outsourcing the preparatory billing to our HR Experts, data could be delivered again in an ordered manner, discrepancies could be clarified and all billings could be checked before being sent out. In addition, we provided a competent contact person for the accounting questions that arose.

Result: This led to increased trust in HR within the company, as well as a significant reduction in workload and freed up resources. This could be used for other important HR projects

Insurance

Initial situation: To train 18,000 managers worldwide, both a company-independent learning management system and efficient administrative processes to deliver digital training were needed promptly.

Our support: Since August 2020, our HR Experts have been responsible for the entire administrative training process from definition to implementation and go-live at the beginning of October 2020. Since then, our day-to-day tasks have included ensuring smooth training execution, fully handling trainer and participant management, and preparing regular reports. In addition, a learning management system adapted to the customer’s requirements has been set up for global use. Via this system, training-related tasks are managed. We advise and support our customer contacts throughout the entire process and are also available to all program participants with our technical expertise. In line with our hands-on mentality, we respond flexibly to the requirements and wishes of our long-standing customer and adapt processes as needed.

Result: A central point of contact was created for the implementation of national and international training sessions, technical solutions were realized, and uniform training implementation was ensured for all participants. Apart from the time gained, which could be used for other topics, the customer benefited from a fast and uncomplicated implementation and was able to rely on our many years of expertise in training management.
