Software development

Initial situation:  In the still young start-up, the function of the HR Manager was still unoccupied. Only the HR software Personio was in use and covered only the most basic processes.  Due to the planned growth, the customer needed support with a focus on recruitment.

Our support: Starting with updating the job descriptions and publishing them via Personio, our HR expert took over the entire applicant management. He was also responsible for conducting the initial interviews and accompanying the follow-up interviews.

Result: Thanks to the support of our HR Expert, it was possible to professionally set up and use the HR software already introduced for recruiting. This created a good work base for the HR Manager who was hired at a later point in time. In addition, the desired personnel growth could be achieved together with our HR Expert.

Finance

Initial situation: It was the company’s ambition to grow quickly. Like many start-ups, an entire HR department had not yet been established; instead, one HR manager had been responsible for the entire HR function.  The lack of internal resources made it virtually impossible to focus on recruiting and active sourcing. In addition, the internal HR admin tasks and strategic HR processes were piling up, which is why short-term support was needed.

Our support:  Initially, we supported our client with one of our HR experts, who took over the responsibility for all recruiting tasks (personnel planning, job posting, prescreening, coordination and execution of interviews up to contract preparation and onboarding). At the same time, our Active Sourcing team provided support in filling high-value IT positions. After successfully establishing the recruiting processes, the focus shifted to a holistic HR system selection and implementation. By bringing in another HR expert, a suitable HR system could finally be implemented within a few months.

Result: The successful implementation of the HR strategy enabled the start-up to grow to around 60 employees. In addition, processes have been professionalized and HR can now work more efficiently and sustainably.

Software development

Initial situation: Our customer wanted to establish a personnel development program for all employees. In order to provide them with real added value, our customer decided to involve his entire team in the program development within the framework of a workshop.

Our support: Two of our HR experts from the area of Learning & Development took over the moderation of the workshop and provided impulses for methods and content. Together, they created the basis for a concept. This was subsequently elaborated by our HR Experts.

Result: Now he knows what the employees want and can develop a suitable training program on this basis. Our customer was able to use the developed concept immediately and to carry it out himself within the framework of a learning needs analysis.
