HR factory is now also available in Cologne: With our second German branch, companies in North Rhine-Westphalia will now also benefit from our HR Experts. Tamer Celikiz started for us in Cologne. To give you a better impression of #hrfactoryköln, Tamer answered the most important questions about himself, the location Cologne and the plans of HR factory in NRW.

What awaits the HR factory in NRW?

I would also like to know what awaits us here in the coming weeks and months. With our services and our excellent reputation in the industry, we are coming to an economically very important region with an enormously dynamic demand for personnel. Industry, traditional trade, innovative startups and numerous classic and modern media companies meet here. People here are particularly open and appreciative in their dealings with people. From my point of view, we fit in very well.

Tamer, please introduce yourself briefly

If you look at my career, you might think I’m restless and restless. Exactly the opposite is the case. I feel like I’ve arrived in Cologne and in the HR environment. On the one hand, I’ve arrived, but on the other hand, I’m full of drive and desire to tackle many topics in a completely new way. To be able to make an important contribution to the development of companies from beautiful Cologne is, frankly, pretty cool.

The very special way we meet people at HR factory convinced me immediately. I was already enthusiastic after the first interview. The warm welcome in the team and among the partners and customers confirm: it was the only right decision.
